What is SQT Bio Microneedling?
SQT Bio Microneedling is an advanced resurfacing skin care treatment. It is a revolutionary new treatment with 7 years of research and development behind it, and involves gently massaging 3-5 million spongilla spicules into the skin. The spicules are 100% natural and no chemical or acids are used in the treatment.
These spicules form microchannels through all the layers of the skin, which enables efficient delivery of active ingredients to target your skin care concerns.

What to expect at your SQT Bio Microneedling Appointment
1 / Consultation
A face to face consultation will be arranged either prior to your treatment or at the beginning of your booked treatment to establish what you hope to achieve and your suitability for treatment. Although the consultation itself is free, a deposit is taken to secure the appointment and is deducted from the cost of any treatments.
2 / Before your appointment
A healthcare questionnaire is sent to you electronically before your appointment and you'll sign a consent form with us in clinic. Please read through these carefully as there is some important information in there.
3 / During your appointment
The treatment is carried out in a few steps;

STEP 1 = gentle cleanse

STEP 2 = application of the treatment with gentle massage

STEP 3 = for anti ageing treatments, there is a lift and sculpt massage with a firming and rejuvenation essence

STEP 4 = relax with a repair mask

STEP 5 = broad spectrum SPF 50 is applied

STEP 6 = recovery treatment given to take home and use for the next few days to aid skin healing
4 / Aftercare and review
After your treatment, you'll be provided with aftercare advice to take home. You can expect redness and peeling following the treatment and can occur for up to 7 days, although for most people this is less.
